Involved in monitoring existing overall planning for (a part of) a new build high-speed railway track, reconstructions of motorways, bridges etc. over 20 km.
Duties: monitoring contractors data, based on “design & construct”;
informing contract team about contractors performance by way of sequential reports in compliance with specific quality assurance documents;
to have contact with all parties involved in order to protect government & public interests.
The tools: Primavera - Docs open - MS office tools.
