I am currently recruiting for a Senior Planning Manager role for a leading EPC company in the Middle East, the ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 15 years experience, on various oil & gas, utilities & services and roads & bridges projects, with vast contracting experience
In addition to this a minimum of 5 years management experience as a Project Planner is required
Successfully planned and executed major EPC contracts at a position of Planning
Manager or Senior Planning Manager. Been fully responsible for the planning of
projects of at least US$ 50 million or greater. Also with experience of simultaneously managing at least 8 projects and 8 + planning engineers.
Very detailed understanding of planning and ability to direct planners to ensure the support of commercial interests
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
Excellent, Influential & Effective communication style & personality
Excellent computer skills in MS-Excel, Word & Power point
High degree of skill and understanding of construction methods and technology, can provide guidance to others
Proficiency in using Project Management tools
