It really helped me.
Hi Abbas,
1. In File Menu --> Export --> Spreadsheet - (XLS) then select next.
2. In Export Type, tick "Resource Assignments" then next.
3. In Project to Export, Tick "Export" then next.
4. Add & Modify, Columns, Filter & Sort then select OK, then next.
5. Select where to locate the file.
6. Next and Finish.
When done open the file in Excel.

Thank you very much for your help.
Ok after assigning the resources as you know in P3 we can export it to Excel (dbf format etc...) and we can add the budgeted units corresponding to each resourse assignment and if we import it it will be reflected in P3.
Could you please help me again how the same can be done using P6.
