how copy bands and activity all togather in one step

if the bands under the wbs are the same but located elsewhere then you need to change the wbs data of the peculiar actids for them to apply to the new band as you say it.



you can use the fill row command too.

It is possible in P3.

you can not copy/paste the bands.

but you can export & import the wbs or actcodes and do a reorganize.

Hi Shehzad

Have you been using P6 or P5. This can be done in P5 & p6 not in P3.

To create same layout in P3, you have no option but to set a layout based on either your WBS or activity code.

Hi Shahzad,



1. you can use fragnets. this will copy the relationships as well.



2. you can export the relationships and reimport for the new actids.



band? do you mean the title band?

that gets created according to your organization settings.

for that check the wbs or the act code data.
