Report the Status of Milestones and its variance with the actual dates and effects to the schedule, like delayed analysis reports
Try the Filtered Layer Reports-- MOst Delayed Activities with floats, No. of Activity Started, No. of Activity Completed, No. of Activity in progress
Believe me it is not easy here in dubai to ask contractors for quantities or client for cost. I am well aware of EVMS and used them previously. But now I am looking for something else base on information I have is only duration and milestones.

An accurate tool for measuring any number of project is Earned Value Management.
A project team should be able to give you SPI and CPI values without disclosing any confidential information i.e. commercial.
However, to produce one report for all projects, you will need BCWP (BQWP), ACWP (AQWP) and BCWS (BQWS) from all projects. These figures are not too much for ask for for some!
Dear. Thanks for your response but i mentioned earlier that i dont have manhours or cost for the activities. Someone told me a method to use float and count of the activities but i am not sure how?

You can report on the basis of manhour & quantity and can show effiency on the basis of earned manhurs vs actual manhours and earned quantities.
