Also you can refer any Civil Engineering Handbook, or there are lot of books available in market for estimating and costing for the geeting the idea abt rate analysis you can use the same.



also if you hace got the time cycles for the previous works you can refer.

U r welcome,

There are lots of books available for rate analysis, from which country do u belong coz, the Indian CPWD has its full rate analysis for building works, infrastructure works,

if u r ready to spend indian 2500rs you can get rate analysis softwares readily available.



The CPWD has its own excel sheets for rate analysis & Billing works.

You will need the rate analysis done for quantities, it will give you both, which u can use for loading resources.
