Mathematically everything is possible. In accounting term, negative remaining cost would mean receivable amounts. But you dont do accounting in P3, and so though theoretically possible, it is good to analyse what caused it. You can choose the activity which has a highest negative value, and look into details. It is very likely that you may find a systematic "error" that has been crept in (like deducting instead of adding etc).
