Here is the solution for that problem,



Primavera Project Planner Help:

Add a new project

Item 6: In the decimal places field, select the number of decimal places to use for resource and cost data. If costs in your project exceed $100 million for a summary group, change the decimal-place configuration to 0.



I did it accordingly, then "All costs have been calculated".

If you use decimal places , the biggest number you can have (even if its a roll-up) is 2billion (i think)





Switch decimal places off and see if you still get the error
