We are tirelessly identifying the problem. Our friends though out VN login for testing but do not encounter any virus/trojan detection.

We are trying to figure out the real problem.

We are still experiencing virus detected on your website. Below are the message found by Symantec auto-protect scan.

Event: Security Risk Found!

Threat: Trojan.Exploit.131

File: C:\Documents and Settings\UKG\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\8XARGDUF\ms07-017[1].ani

Location: Unknown Storage

Computer: UNITED-ABF

Action taken: Clean failed : Quarantine failed : Access denied

Date found: Monday, 27 August 2007 3:32:14 PM



It your site is not safe at all... it become useless and my advise is to check and monitor it closely before advertising it.

I got the following message:

VirusScan Enterprise: Die Datei C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\dwambach\Lokale Einstellungen\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\TOOROD5H\index[1].htm ist mit dem Virus JS/Downloader-AUD Trojanisches Pferd infiziert.

I’m sorry for German: Name of Trojan: JS/Downloader-AUD within directory TOOROD5H.

Later I wasn’t able to work with MS-Word.

Solution: IE --> Extras --> Options --> General --> Delete Temporary Internet Files. Then I was able to work again.



Good luck and give a notices, please, after you solved the problem. I won’t access before.

Dear All



Thanks so much for your idea. We are really appreciate it.



We will try our best to solve each problem you faced.



Cause of the bottle neck of internet bandwidth between VN and wordwide , so for temporary the speed is slow. We will try to set up a mirror server outside VN.



For the virus problem, I have checked with the server administrator. They said that could you guy remember the name of the virus/trojan which was detected. We will define the problem easily.

In VN we have tested and no virus was found. I asked my friend to login and check but they did not face the problem. We will check it carefully.



We are tirelessly improving our forum to give the best.

Khuong,

I would suggest that you need to clean up your site before many more people try to use it as it will fail if people get a virus, because they just wont go back.

Good luck for your forum.

But maybe you’ll solve one issue first: When I tried to access it, the virus scan was shouting due to a trojan attempt to spy my pc?!
