Please make sure to remove the pointer (path) od any logo file, attachment or graphic. I’m not sure in Suretrek, but in P3, if the software cannot find the fil(s) when open, there is a message box and you need to close it and then remove the link (pointer). Otherwise, the software always search the location of it and low in memory resources.

It’s one of draw back on P3 that backup a project cannot backup the attached. I was told this is resolved in P3e/c (not sure)

Hi,

i have justed joined in Planning Planet. the topic you are on is some what similar to what i am working on. but the problem i am facing is to change the layout specified in the programme. it appears as if the format of the programme is totally locked. if you make any change in its print preview, header/footers or scales, it just displays illegal function/Report Error.

any one has a clue about it?

Regards

Hashmi

Did You try to set up a automatic reporting in Excel and/or excel using the RA engine capabilities.

You spend a little bit more time at the beginning but after is a matter of just a click

Hi Aleli,

I just came from a meeting. Here’s how you can do it. We’ll run it from the sample project APEX and then you can simply do some modifications on the tabular report suggested here to fit your specific project.

1. Open sample project APEX.

2. From the menu, click on: Tools, Tabular Reports, Resource, Tabular.

3. Select RT-02 (Tabular Resource Use - Monthly) and click RUN.

This should do the trick.

Best regards,

Jorge
