Populating P3 Activity Codes

I presume you have already made the code stucture in P3 but you want to assign them using spreadsheet. The process inloved are:
Tools/Project Utilities/Export
Add or modify one of the Export to include only Actity ID and actity codes in Lotus. The default output file is P3.wk1 but you can change the name in Format tab.
Once exported, open you P3.wk1 using Excel.
Make all the changes you need to make.
But dont make any changes in format or column widths etc. It must be saved in same format i.e. lotus wk1.
When you have made all these changes, close P3.wk1. Import the P3.wk1 back to P3.
you should have all the codes as in your spreadsheet now.
