Dear All,
If you are looking for a systematic implementation of the EVMS in your organisation, look at the project controls manual which has detail description of some implementation considerations and procedures. It applies to nearly all industries.

Thanks every body for cooperation.
I went through and I found all sites wonderful, but if any body knows useful book as you can keep it and go through from time to time.

The Best Seervice You Could Give Yourself is to enrol yoruself with the AACEI(www.aacei.org) and their certification for EVP(earned value professional).
There are numerous other books by the famous Quentin Fleming and Koppelman, but the knowledge they contained are fast being replaced by newer techniques and procedures which you can keep yourself updated through the superb quality articles in the Cost Engineering journal.
This journal is free from your aacei membership.
You could also get to know many more experts in the fields of cost engineering including EVPs and others through the membership.
