John, thanks for your help !
your solution is good :
I edit my Graphic in Primavera Look
I select the text "Date"
I copy/paste it below in my revision box (using CtrlC/CtrlV or appropriate tool "Edit/copy - Edit/paste")
I edit the new pasted text and I change it with my date : 06/09/07 for exemple
Regards
Julien
Hi
Just to correct myself - rather than print / edit the pdf, you can edit the "Primavera Look".
To edit a pdf you will need additional software.

John,
You can change the revision box in a pdf file ?
ok for the second solution with the Revision Box Title ...
Is there no solution directly in P3 ?
Julien
Hi,
- Try printing the charts to a pdf format.
- Then edit the pdf.
- You can make changes to the Rev. Box Titles, (copy and paste dontt work in a pdf)
Problem being it will need to be edited every time you update the project.
I normally just use Resource/Cost Graphics click on the Tab called "Titles" and make a rev. remark in the "Rev. Title"

John
ok !
your last alternative is what I was doing until now !
but I wanted to do better with the appropriate tool ;-)
Thanks for your help.
Julien
Hi,
1) You can change the revision box in a pdf file ?
What you are actually doing is editing the pdf. Go into the pdf and click on a bit of the text and edit it, I used to just change the Revision Box Headers as never been able add in new items - (I have tried copy and past never seem to work).
2) Second solution with the Revision Box Title, this works ...
3) Is there no solution directly in P3 ?
Not that I have found over the years, its a pity it is not like the Revision box when you print a schedule and you can change the Footers & Headers, that works well.
As an alternative you could use the schedule format with the bars and have the Histogramme / SCurve printed bellow, then you would be able to use the above revision box.
