Lead Planner at a very large Insurance company. we have manage around 800 projects each year and use Primavera as our scheduling too. I manage a team of planners that work with the Data Strategies for this company. we currently have over 70 projects within my span of control. I review schedules prior to baselining for quality, I meet monthly with the Planner, Project manager and Lead business Analysis to go over the health of the project. i am the company planner for Brydenwood and IBP. working on allc of their projects to help develope and monitor design programmes for enhanced delivery and assist with developing and proving design concepts.
