Responsibilities
Day to Day site Supervision for site activities with compliance to HSE Policies and Procedures.
Define and acquire all Resources and Materials needed for the Projects.
Provide high level of reporting for a proper completion.
Followed up and coordinated the Schedule, Milestones and Progress.
Delivering a mobile infrastructure network for Telecom NZ, I was responsible for process improvement to logistics and project management systems. I also project managed bespoke solutions and designs as well as assisted in the development of a logistics forecasting system.
Achievements
• Increased on-time delivery of projects through development of project systems for equipment and materials tracking.
