  • Develop and prepare staffing curve/manpower histograms, productivity calculation and actual quantity installation reports
  • Develop progress measurement system, regular progress monitoringand earned value analysis.
  • Project man hour budget monitoring and analysis.

Responsible for the planning and scheduling of the pre and post construction activities for the PMCM (Project management & Construction Mangement Department). Reviewing and evaluation of Design, Tender and Construction program submissions. Monitoring and coordinating to ensure that work remains on schedule. Overseeing, recording and reporting of actual project progress versus the planned work milestones. Advising and assisting the design consultants and contractor in the development of the work programs.
