Project: 11kv Township Network Upgrade & Commercial Complex at Dukhan, Qatar.
Client: Qatar Petroleum (QP).
Role: Sr. Planning Engineer for IMCO Qatar division, handling all major contracts with Qatar petroleum and managing a team of planners.
• Liaise with all concerned engineers, managers, subcontractors in order to formulate a master plan of a project
• Establish and develop master schedules including procurement schedules.
• Liaise with the project manager and other concerned to establish project needs for resources.
• Analysis to project cash flow, actual vs. plan, and forecasts.
• Prepared daily construction activities and maintained records
• Prepared Inspection report and maintained records.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Prepared Program of works, monthly cash flow and histogram, weekly/monthly manpower and machineries used as supporting documents on quoted tenders.
• Quantified all types of services including road works & finishing from construction drawings on AutoCAD.
• Studied Contract Documents, Project scope, plans and drawings and prepared Clause 14 program of the above projects.
