•     Progress Assessment/Quantity Analysis every week compared with Client’s Targets

     Civil, Building, Struc. Steel, Equipments, Piping prefab/install’n, Elect / Instrument

     Hydro testing, Insulation, Painting as well as fireproofing.

•     EPC Schedule level 3/4 in Primavera P3.1 and periodic updates

•     Engineering, Procurement Deliverable registers designing, updates

•     Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports with S’ curves in Excel

•     Construction progress assessment system design and updates

•     Weekly progress meetings with client

•     Preparation and updates of M.S. Projects Schedules for other small projects

Working with Q Con (Qatar Engineering & Construction co WLL), as a Project controls engineer with costing responsibilities in a Combined seven facilities modification project for Qatar Liquified Gas Compant Limited, Ras Laffan.

I am a civil engineer with more than 25 years experience in project controls.

Develop the Project’s EPC Progress S-Curve, Weekly & Monthly Construction Status/Progress Reports and Key Events/Milestone Tracker Report. Setup of Contractor’s Report Templates as part of their contract deliverables prior to NTP. Maintains and updates the NDIA Master Schedule, Level 1 Milestone Schedule as well as the Contracts Formation Tracking Report and schedule. I also have previously worked on updating reports based on EPPR and Engineering Dashboard.
