This Role was within the Central Planning department for all three Marine sites Barrow, Govan and Scotstoun
Conduct hands on Installation and manufacture planning process improvement interviews across all three Marine sites to achieve a common approach in processes
As part of a team integrate planning systems Artemis Views and Compass contract .
Use of Microsoft Project
Produce. Risk reports to support monthly CSR meetings
Gather information from Risk Owners across different sites and Projects, by interviewing on existing Risk statuses and any changes to probability , impacts , fallback plans and mitigation actions on a monthly basis.
Preparing Risk & Opportunity Mgt Plans for projects
Facilitating identification of project risks
Analysing risk data using the standard toolset & generating reports
Set up, maintenance, configuration, start up and finding/solving day-to-day problems of high speed blisters packaging lines, as well as pots and strip-packing lines. Also involved in the maintenance of the equipment, scheduling and working on changing parts stock, repairing, lubrication. Working with statistical failure analysis and breakdown reduction to avoid stops out of schedule. Working as well with changeover time reduction, producing a changeover sheet/procedure to reduce time. Developing SOP’s for equipment maintenance and operation.
