·Plan, prioritise and allocate departmental workload to achieve targets

Developing a Planning Methodology for a Large Offshore Flotel Refurbishment.
Producing 1, 2 & 3rd level Plans from concept.
Creating best practice Planning and Scheduling for Project and Company
Setting up Risk and Change Management Reporting Tools
Integration of Contractor Plans into Program Schedule
Produce Project Management Plan and verify and report Progress.
Supporting the Programme Controller delivering Level 1, 2 & 3 Plans using P3, P5, and P6 & MS Project.
Develop, maintain and control Project schedules.
Develop Logic Path for Systems Overhaul and Testing
Record progress and summary reports for Senior Management and Client review.
Collect scheduling and reporting produced by all Groups including, Team Leaders and Zone Managers ensuring prompt supply off information.
Attend Project/Production meetings and Update resource schedules and reports.
