I organised temporary works, brickwork and structural steel. Liased closely with structural engineer suggesting details and providing existing levels and dimensions.

Snagging of works and addressing defects prior to the Clerk of Works.

£9.5 million inner city 10-storey office block development.

Brought on to the job for the last 10weeks I ‘pushed’ the behind schedule external works and blockwork finishing them before client handover on a difficult site.

Supervised the laying of the internal drainage, ensuring its correct and timely completion prior to the ground floor slab pour on a challenging programme.

Following this I co-ordinated the installation of the electrical and mechanical services and plant. This included the design of service routes and the programming of deliveries and works.

£16 million development for BAE at RAF Kinloss to facilitate the arrival of the MRA4 Nimrod.

Responsible for the early completion of £650,000 of renovation works to various ancillary buildings. Following this I was responsible for co-ordinating finishing trades to enable early snagging for a ‘defect free’ handover of a section of the £2m Simulator Building to the client.
