i was working with management of Fouré Lagadec group in Berre l'Etang in initiating and planification phasis of EPSC5 project to start the procurement and get ready for the monitoring and control phase in Gabon.

Last professional experience for three years for the position of the Senior Project Control  engineer for Russian power plant with coal fuel.

During my 6(six)years at working in the Russian projects ,I did precisely this in conducting various forms of reports analysis (strategic;management & operative level).While in this position (project control Manager);I initiated & mantained a spreadsheet data analysis progrom wich enabled virtually instantaneous data progress for site activities.

• In charge of Cost Control, planning and scheduling of the Preliminary Study
• Proposed the Project Coordination Plan
• Defined the Work Breakdown Structure
• Integrated internal, subcontractor and partner’s schedules
• Designed, implemented and issued project status reports to customer

• In charge of Cost Control for the Offshore part of the project’s FEED phase, including the preparation of the Execution phase
• Contributed to the definition of the Cost Breakdown Structure and to cost control procedures
• Contributed to the preparation of the project budget and its subsequent revisions
• Monitored contracts costs (0.1 to 60 MUSD lump sum, reimbursable and target price contracts)
• Reported cost and budget information to Project Management
