A Construction Planner with a Civil Engineering background. My route to planning has been through site experience, from a site engineer through to a Construction Manager of a SME Civil Engineering business.
I am a total advocate of the benefits of quality, accurate and communicative programmes. I also believe that any programme is only worthwhile if there is buy in from the whole team. My experience lies in live and tender planning.
