1. Working on the production line, manufacturing solid wood and engineered floorings, developing most economic and effective methods, establishing both production and finishing line procedures. Also, implemented quality control measures to ensure product consistency and durability.
Fully responsible for project control works; progress set-up and control, schedule planning/baselining and control/monitor, monthly and weekly progress reporting to owner, etc.
Involved in building construction of shopping malls, high rise residential and commercial buildings, cinemas and solid waste treatment plant : Scope of work consists of preparation of shop drawings to show and clarify any discrepancies that seen in the construction plans. Ensure that the construction is completed in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and quality plans and meet contractual requirements. Attend coordination meeting with Construction Management for the smooth flow of the project.
