Nine years of Project Planning, scheduling and Project Controls Experience in Oil & Gas (Subsea Production Systems),Power Generation (Open Cycle Gas Turbine and Combined Cycle Gas Turbine CCGT modes of operation), and Construction industries working in various aspects which include tendering, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement and Construction projects (EPC). I have developed strong organisational/team working skills through working on life projects.

Grinaker LTA port Harcourt, Nigeria, as manager for Planning and Materials preparations on the Dibi and Olero Creek Flare-out Natural Gas Recovery project for Chevron Nigeria.

Priorities: manage for all assets and systems to be in place for the start of reconstruction of production systems on two concrete river barges.

• Preparation of Project Schedule for all disciplines like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Activities with performed task & milestones.  
• Plan and extract weekly / monthly look a head schedules updates & analysis.
• Prepares various monthly, other periodic and adhoc activity reports to keep management advised of status, progress, financial commitments and major areas of concern pertaining to on-going projects.

I have been engaged in planning for 21 years dealing with production through multi disciplinary projects, from inception through commissioning. My career has progressed from the shop floor (Boilermaker) to the current post of Planning Lead. Experience has been gained in production, power generation, process plant, petro-chemical, aluminium smelting, breweries, Copper mining, covering all disciplines. Currently I form part of the Owners team, based in Warri, Nigeria. Present project portfolio totals some US $5 Billion, ranging from Flow stations through to Central Processing Plants.

Contracted to implement management processes for the development and control of the Company's portfolio of Engineering Design projects. Role as manager of a project controls team of four, involved supervision of the project controls element for 27 engineering staff across 5 engineering disciplines : Process, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical and Structural. Organised the Company's document control procedures from first principles. Introducing automation in work estimates and project status reporting using Filemaker web-based database.
