PLANNING ENGINEER

I am working as a Planning Engineer in Dubai UAE

Brief description of my role;

-Define activitities, duration, relationships & resources and prepare schedule for tender programs

-Prepare planning reports for tender submittals

-Prepare detailed programs & reports for assigned projects

-Assist with Project Management

-Preparation and documentation of reports of interest to Project stakeholders showing the status & health of the project

-Forecasting the project parameters

• Project – Development of ISF(Military) Camp at Duhail, Doha Qatar. (Scope includes 30 Gate Buildings, 18 Substations, 1 District Cooling Plant, 1 Sky diving training building, 1 VIP Main Gate, Boundary Wall and Pumping stations with Tanks).
• Coordinate with all the (Civil and MEP) departments and prepare the Baseline program.
• Issue monthly and weekly targets to Construction Managers/Site Engineers and prepare weekly progress layouts based on the progress acheived.
• Update the program and prepare analysis reports (weekly & monthly).

·         Scope – Complete MEP Installation in Qatar Foundation Head Quarter Building.

·         Prepare Plans with reference to Civil & Architecture and implement at site in coordination with Construction Manager and Site Engineers.

·         Assign resources and prepare resource plans and display the Histograms.

Producing a fully detailed, resourced and cost allocated programme from project inception, monitoring progress against programme throughout the project lifecycle, and producing reports for use by both the project teams and senior management on the current London Underground Station Modernization Programme. I was involved in Planning all BCV (Bakerloo, Central and Victoria lines) and SSL (all other lines except Jubilee and Northern Lines).
