· Tender & Detail Planning using Primavera (P6).(Clause 14 Programme)
· Preparation Programme Qty & Cost Uploading Primavera Software (P6).
· Project scheduling to submit and approve Client.
ü Preparing Baseline Program in Primavera P6.
ü Responsible for preparation of construction schedule for the project and get client & consultant approval.
ü Planning the resources with due consideration to the company’s existing resources and resource policy.
ü Prepare look-ahead program and short term program.
