Develops the most appropriate programme/schedule for a particular project, in conjunction with the Project and Construction managers.

Plans and oversees the entire programme of works by actual updating of project schedule versus approved baseline schedule. Personally checks percent of works in the site and coordinates closely to project site team on actual site conditions.

Duties:

• Updated status schedule and develop detailed schedule and recovery schedule in P6.
• Monitored all phases of the program, including engineering, procurement, construction and start-up of facilities with PRIMAVERA P6 (Including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and structural, Piping, Instrumentation, Procurement, so on ).
• Provided accurate and appropriate project reporting with PRIMAVERA P6 and MS OFFICE for managers periodic as a progress report and regularly attend scheduling meetings to assess progress.

Planning Engineer (on site) - Responsible for:

(1) planning and scheduling activities related toan earth dam construction (which belongs to VALE – very large global mining company);

(2)liaising and coordinating with on-site personnel to achieve continuous improvement in meeting quality, environmental, health and safety requirements;

 Planning and scheduling the Fabrication & Erection activities,
 Monitoring the work activity progress by using PRIMAVERA – P6,
 Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress reports,
 Preparing Monthly Management Reports.
 Conducting weekly Construction & Management meetings.
 Review and forecast Contractor Work front availability and conduct continuity of work analysis.
 Progress Claim and Billing Invoices submitting the same to client.
