Planning Engineer

            Jubail United Petrochemical Company is a leading Olefin Complex.  With Feed stock as Ethane and ProducesEthylene, Ethylene Glycol, Polyethylene & Linear Alpha olefins.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reparation of clause 14 programs, recovery programs, crash/anticipated programs etc. Understanding the scope of the project in order to prepare Construction Program for the project with proper logic and flow of the work in order to meet significant / contractual milestones, (detailed, baseline, recovery, time impacted, level 1 to level 6 programs). Update the PM of the current Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI). Orchestration of the PC staff to meet the needs of the Project Manager with a customer service oriented approach.

• Preparation of Execution level-3 & level-4 plans on Primavera Project Planner, Indirect and direct manpower deployments.
• Monitor progress of piping to ensure that the project is progressing as planned and the targets would be met and raise flags if the targets are likely to slip.

• Planning and compliance activities to support Station delivery of mandatory, legislative, technical and commercial objectives.
• Implementing and delivery of RWE Outage Planning Gated Process.
• Co-ordination and production of station wide monthly Process Safety leading Indicators.
• Delivery and co-ordination of top level project plans to full Biomass project team during station reconfiguration to run on Biomass fuels.
• Documenting and distribution of weekly Biomass operational review meetings.
