SYNOPSIS OF SKILLS

■     Highly Competent 4.6 years of experience, spearheaded as Planning Engineer in managing projects right from development to handover encircling planning, monitoring, controlling and Executing in various phases of project lifecycle with Eversendai Engineering Saudi L.LC. &  Qatar W.L.L

Worked at M/s L&T-ECC, engaged through M/s SME for EPC of Blast Furnace project, an expansion project in consortium with M/s Paul Wurth Italia and M/s TATA STEEL Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

®  Preparation of project schedule in MS Project, Primavera & MS Excel.

®  Interfacing with project staff regarding baseline changes, variance analysis and implementation of corrective action.

®  Preparing weekly and monthly review meeting presentation to report site progress, milestones & strategy to clients.

·         Preparation of baseline program master schedule base on project requirements and perform critical path analysis;

·         Analyze the work statements and drawings for preparation of level IV activity networks in order to calculate the require resource for smooth execution of project;

·         Responsible for preparing all documents relating progress measurement and monitoring.

·         Analyze drawings, specifications and SOW for preparation of activity networks for project planning and scheduling.

·         Preparation and implementation of three month and four week look ahead plan

P6, MSP.. Scheduling, Tender projects , Costing , controlling Progress, Montoring , EOT Prepration............

 Looked over the general layout of Habshan-5 project.
 Received training and experience in pipe spooling method, test pack preparation and as built.
 Looked over the work procedure in Material Control, Procurement, Cost Control departments and a more detailed training over standards and work flow in QA/QC department.
 Learned and gained a practical experience in the monitoring & progress calculation, basis of scheduling and progress measurement steps.
 Received training on safety including HSE induction, confined spare, job observation report and work permit course.

Develops the most appropriate programme/schedule for a particular project, in conjunction with the Project and Construction managers. Plans and oversees the entire programme of works by actual updating of project schedule versus approved baseline schedule. Personally checks percent of works in the site and coordinates closely to project site team on actual site conditions.
