- Assist the Planning Manager & Project Manager in the preparation of Master Baseline Schedule – New Doha International Airport Project Package.
- Attending in the Contractor’s Weekly Meeting with the Client (NDIA), Management (Bechtel), and other contractors’ representatives to discuss the whole project matter, issues and concerns.
- To prepare detailed schedule for the project scope of works and Change Orders considering main factors such as time-frame, milestone dates, manpower, and resources needed.

 Preparation of Baseline Master Schedule and Recovery programmes in Primavera P6.  Coordinate and Liaise with Project Managers to update the detailed work program and ensure interface issues.  Prepare programs and other detailed information necessary for substantiating Claims and provision with regards to planning and programming to the Commercial department.
