ð Yearly & Five year’s budget plan in coordination, monitor & control, report.
ð Bi-weekly meetings with EMS & CMS to address various issues concern to projects, report, Policies & procedures, Invoices, Schedule of deliverables, critical issues & action etc.,
ð Review monthly reports and prepare report for Management / Client.
