Civil Engineer with 40 years post graduate experience. Now fully involved in Dispute Adjudication and Contractual advice. A part time planner who started out on Hornet which scared me for life. Returned to manual planning and have dabbled with computer aided planning aids over the years. My personal preference for the projects I get involved in is CS Project. Firm believer in sloping bar charts for linear pojects. Will revisit TILOS at some stage in the future. With my first TILOS experience I did not connect easily to its computer programming (rather than planning) logic.
