Assigned project planner in Acesss road section consisting of the road, drainage system, electrical lines, telephone lines and reclamation works. the project Port Develeopment Project under Japanese consortium.

Worked as Junior Draftsman for Whitman, Recquardt and Associates in Baltimore, MD.  Worked on subway, highway and utility documents.  Also performed earthwork computations for section of Washington Metro line.  Spent summer of 1974 on construction propject, auditing quantity payments.

Development of sequential drawings indicating the works on each area and their duration, to proceed to the next phase.
