52 KM national Highway from Ahmednagar to Pathardi area Maharashtra.

Responsibilities                    : -

·         Handling & Managing New Construction sites with the team of 9 nos. of Engineers, Supervisors staff and non-technical staff, General maintenance of entire university campus with the team of 13 nos. technical and technician staff.

      Construction Site:-

·         Study of required building drawing and define Contract Scope, specification & other contract documents preparation of budget with coordination of Project Coordinator and MD.

·         Preparation of work order for new construction.

·         Preparation of work schedule according to requirement of building for new academic session with coordination of dean/director of college campus. 

·         Prepare policy for construction work.

·         Review of progress and plan with coordination of site execution team.

·         Monitor utilization of planned and mobilized Equipment/Manpower/Materials (Schedule Wise) and actual received.

·         Execution work as per the Project plan including all civil, mechanical and electrical activities, resource allocation.

·         Organize, conduct regular project review meeting to assess quality, schedule of various activities in time, reasons of delays, backlog of planned activities and other recommendations to make up delays with contractors and site engineers.

·         Ensure to solution for all problems occurred at site execution / various dept.
