Sub Agent – Skanska

Construction of new rail Viaduct over Borough High St and re-building of basement structure and Historic roof of the Borough Market for Network Rail.                                                           

DUTIES:                                  

• Programming and planning of the works
•   Management and coordination of design and subcontractors
•   Review and approve all Network Rail permits and work package plans for current and future work
•   Manage and deliver all quality packages for submission to the client
• Reporting on progress to Construction Manager and Network Rail
• Managing team of engineers to deliver the market basements and all associated works including structural walls and roof slabs, drainage and services installation, steel erection of market roof and hard landscaping of the market.
