I am a Certified Primavera Professional and working as Associate Manager–Project Control with a total of about 6 years in planning, scheduling, business systems maintenance, cost engineering, and contract administration, catering to Coal based, Gas based Combined Cycle and Cogeneration types of power plants.

• Preparation of Baseline Schedule in Oracle Primavera within the overall time frame of the project commissioning, based on historical data, in-house engineering inputs and Contractor inputs and discussion and finalization of the same with contractors and publishing for the project.
• Freezing the Baseline schedule, monitoring, updating and comparing the schedule with respect to Baseline schedule highlighting the Critical Activity status.
