Andrew has gained experience over several years with major projects including airport expansions, residential buildings, power plants, Factories and waste water treatment plants.

His responsibilities on these projects were in the preparation of schedules of work to sub-contractors to comply with the contractual dates, follow-up with billing and progress payments submitted from sub-contractors, following up with any RFPs issued from the client to the main contractor, cost proposals submitted from the sub-contractors and cost proposals submitted to the client to issue the relevant modification. Also preparation of Project Baseline schedule, preparation of project time extensions (claims) to be submitted to the client to review, prepare time schedules for tender projects.
