Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi All,

Our schedules do not include indirect activities and costs like any crane works etc. as these do not earn value. What is the best way to capture and store these costs associated with direct activities so that later on, these will be considered in EVA studies?

Is it expenses where we add these costs to certain activities? if not, how can we best use expenses for this purpose if relevant.

Would appreciate if you can advice,
Cheers.

New add on to this question:

For EVA analysis, actual costs being delivered by contractors everyday will include indirect costs which is not part of the activitis as I mentioned in the question below. How can I add indirect costs in schedule?

Thanks!
