Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

For resource change from one set of activities to another set of activities I started from resource usage spreadsheet, current project resource, then sorted by Resource ID, in the current project set the actuals 0 and fill down 0 for the current project’s set of activities. Can anyone please write me the steps for resource changes from one set of activities to another? I am missing some step?

Have you considered using global change for this?

Furthermore a note of caution. Be aware that you need to treat in-progress activities differently than non-started activities,
