Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

not saving the layout

dear all

my program is not saving the layout of only one of the schudules i have, any how the changes of data is saving but the orgnized view of the layout is alwas gone , wht is happining is that when i try to save the layout a message apear that an other user is accessing the layout you should wait but for sure there is no other users on my computer so i have to cancel the save and close the program thank god data will not be lost but each time i have to orgnize the view can ainy one help

Sounds like a corrupt file in your database. Run C:\P3WIN\P3PROGS\PFXW.EXE (which came with P3) and select the schedule, check all of the types of fixes available in the bottom left, and then run. Good luck!
