Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Guys,

Is there an option to use global change to my problem? This will took more time to edit manually. I have an existing 3,000 activities just for instance stated below.

CCP2-0010
CCP2-0012
CCP2-0015
CCP2-0018
CCP2-0020

I want an increment of 5 and will be converted into

CCP2-0010
CCP2-0015
CCP2-0020
CCP2-0025
CCP2-0030

Any evocation and annotations from the P3 expert.

Thanks in advance...

Rodel

Pare,

[English only, please. The Moderator.]

Note: Back up your project first!

1. Select all activities and COPY.
2. Delete all Activities.
3. Paste using Auto Increment.
- set the starting number.
- set the increment.

Best,

Jorge

I would suggest you copy the project, delete the activities, then copy the activities from the old project and paste into the new and select the increment you require when pasting.
