Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Katalin;
You have to try with this method.
"Short file" means that you save your planning directly in a file placed in your desktop. After you will try to run reports. Good Luck...Let me know the result..

On occasions I have been asked by Primavera Support to delete all the Btrive files from the Windows System and System32 directories as the Brtive files are deleted on uninstall.

I would suggest that you should contact Primavera Support if you are in maintenance.
