·       Provided project controls services to INPEX Australia to develop generic guidelines to be used for all INPEX projects.  The generic guidelines recognized that all projects vary in size, complexity and risk so that they could be scaled to suit smaller projects of any size and complexity (i.e. fit-for purpose).

·       By adopting the processes and following the guidance provided in these documents, it would create and preserve value during the development and execution of Projects by facilitating front-end loading in the early stages, followed by close monitoring and control in later stages, minimising the need for major course-correction. It would ensure that the Project was appropriately supported to define and deliver against an optimal scope, have better cost and schedule predictability, faster delivery and improved operational and safety performance.

·       Project Controls Guidelines developed covered: Planning & Scheduling, Progress Control, Cost Estimating, Control, Project Reporting and Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis.
